Trans Youth Trajectories is an information platform for trans and/or gender-questioning young people, their relatives, and their healthcare professionals.

It is a programme resulting from two projects respectively led by AP-HP Sorbonne Université and by the association Acceptess-T, in partnership with the associations Espace Santé Trans and OUTrans. The website is published by Acceptess-T, which is responsible for the development and publication of this information resource as part of this programme.
